No problem, we just have it the other way round. Thirty point zero is dreißig komma null in German, and groups of three digits in large numbers are separated by either points or spaces.
So 30.0 --> 30,0
0.01 --> 0,01
3,758,032 --> 3.758.032 or 3 758 032
The French do it that way, too. And of course, a thousend million are a milliard, not a billion.
