Dinosaurs shot by civil war soldiers

Postby teri tait » Thu Dec 14, 2006 1:29 am

Apparently, in the deep South Civil Wars soldiers managed to hunt and kill pesky pteratacktyls and Barney. Also, there is a pretty good picture of a dead bigfoot on their main page. I'll find it and post a link.

Yep, that's one scary ass dinosaur. . .

Someone should alert Superluminal to the sasquatch crossing sign. That's proof positive. I mean, why would someone put up a sign if there weren't any?

Probably some of your ex dragon bitches. You better tell the webmaster so he can update the site with the turth.

Yeah. I would be interested to know the provenance of those photos, and in the unlikely event that they really are from the civil war, what those things are. Faked, either way. {Allowing the mustard seed of doubt that science always must} 8)

See previous comments on Bigfoot, viable breeding populations, and sightings.

Dinosaur "bones" we find are not bones at all. but mineral deposits that replaced them. Don't know how long that takes, but I'm betting more than 5,000 (or 250) years. Antiscience manipulative crap.

Those uniforms on the civil war photo just don't look right to me. I'm a bit of a Civil War buff, but those guys look like reenactors and the photo is most likely photoshopped. Then again, they could be re-enacting the shooting of a pterasaur.

And of course the gubmint wouldn't put up a bf crossing sign if it didn't exist. Everybody knows that.

Could even be publicity photos for a movie. Most likely “photoshopped.”

No way! It looks so real! Like a photo ... from the Civil War Era!

This is really funny. I'm sure my 8-year old would love it.

Next thing you know, we'll see Satan in a cloud of smoke over the battlefield.

Yeah there's links to that one and also to some songs that reveal photos when opened in a program capable of producing spectrograms. The latter is some cool stuff!

It is real. There were a few Pterodactyls in North America at the time of The Civil War. This photo is not supposed to be in circulation.

Eh, we had 'em in the UP, but we ate them all. They were surprisingly stupid and would land anywhere as long as you laid out a peanut butter 'n' squirrel sandwich.

Now all we have left is a bunch of empty flying saucers that are rusting on cement blocks.

Nonsense. I do not believe in cement blocks.

I am STILL curious what, where, why, when and how. 8)
