If an assassin successfully gets their target to say the kill word, is it okay to PM the [strike]victim[/strike] target to let them know?
And if the answer to the above is yes, is it alright for the deceased target to to give the successful assassin their next target?

Okay, I'm too lazy to review all of this thread, but I remember some discussion about if quoting what someone else says counts as an assassination, what was the final ruling on this?
