This could be completely off base, but when I saw it I thought "Lethal Weapon".
No trees were killed in the posting of this message.

I remember a Jackie Chan flick where the hero slides down about hundred meters worth of angled glass ceiling before not falling to his death, but I think the lower edge of that glass front was several hundred meters further up in the air. As you would expect, naturally.

Damn, there literally is a giant in it. It was right there in our face. His last name is even "The Giant". ;)
I'm so used to thinking of that movie as fantasy/comedy that I don't even think of the medieval aspect.

As to the new challenge, is it comic book based?
