I just wanted to make sure that everybody, EVERYBODY mind, is aware of the outstanding satirical/parody news show The Day Today from the mid 1990's and which predicted the state of news television in the future (or "now", as we affectionately call it).

HERE is the first episode, if you've no idea what I'm talking about. It strongly features my favourite comedy terrorist Chris Morris.

Forgot to say, it's where the character Alan Partridge comes from - he's their sports reporter.

It was an excellent show.
