Perfect Days.

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

Perfect Days.

Very low key Wim Wenders/Japanese film about a taciturn Tokyo cleaner. I liked it and it showed a side to Tokyo you don't usually see. You can tell it isn't a Hollywood film because the lead isn't played by ScarJo or Emma Stone.

I'll watch out for that one, the wiki entry sounds really good.

In perhaps a similar low key vein, I recently caught a Viet-Namese film called Three Seasons that I really enjoyed and hope to see again. The only western actor in it was Harvey Keitel, in a smaller support role.
