This Friday night, having drunk more heavily than usual, I am watching "The Bounty" from 1984, including this memorable line from Charles Churchill, played by Liam Neeson.

It's a nice break from Jerry Lewis in "The Nutty Professor".

I didn’t know Liam Neeson was in The Bounty, probably largely due to the fact that I’ve never seen it.

Charles Churchill.

The “lucky face” line was used repeatedly. When he called one of the other sailors “old man”, that one responded, don’t you “old man” me, Churchill, you haven’t got a lucky face. And when he stayed behind in Tahiti, and Mel Gibson warned him that he’d be hanged, he said, maybe I’ve got a lucky face.
