I tried to log in and post the picture of us yesterday, it kept on telling me my password was incorrect, until it finally said 'nope, you've tried too many times'. I was pretty damn sure I'd typed my password in correctly, but hell, who knows, so I clicked on the 'forgot password' link. did that twice. and yeah, did the match the photo things twice, too. I never got any email with new password, but tried logging in again today. It remembered that I'd 'failed' log in too many times, so it insisted I match the pictures. I matched the photos then tried logging in w/my user name and password. and it worked. I know I didn't type it wrong 5 times yesterday, really. I assume most folks keep themselves logged in, we don't 'cause we share the computer now. maybe something weird going on yesterday?

Strange. I type in my (ridiculous) password every time I come here because I make my browser forget cookies - and had no problems at all yesterday.

Maybe They changed the Matrix.

I can see the email failures. I'll have to work on that. But I see nothing about failed login attempts.

That's bizarre!

I hate to ask the obvious (is it plugged in?) but are you sure CAP-LOCK wasn't on, or something like that?

I almost put that in there, but yeah, I'm sure caps lock wasn't on. (I'd type my user id each time and it always came out wring vs WRING)

You should stay away from the computer, you know you don't know nothin' 'bout machinery.
