I checked Google to try and get the images and I found this:

It may already do what you want so I guess there is no sense in reinventing the wheel. Let me know if this is what you had in mind.

I always found clairvoyance tests having a limitted and exceptionally small number of options to be rather... inadequate. I mean, limitting the possible choices only increases the influence of random "hits".

The term "clairvoyance" is pretty vague, but I think an automated test like this is unfaithful to the original.

By eliminating the "sender", you remove one of the means by which the person being tested could have sensed the answers. And that is the sensory method I find to be most plausible in the first place.
