If I search for all posts by Candy:

They go in reverse chronological order from the top, except for the last two, which are the most current ones. Odd.

I think what is happening is that the threads are being returned in reverse chronological order of the last post in the thread regardless of who the last poster was.
No trees were killed in the posting of this message.
However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
