Resolved: Private message problem

[RESOLVED]
I tried replying to the message you sent me, Lance, and it told me repeatedly that no such user exists, even though I hit "reply," which logically means it came up with your user name on its own.

Hmmm...

I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting that.

Let me send you another PM.

Perhaps you could click the PM button at the bottom of this post and try initiating a PM to me.

Might be an issue with the TM symbol. Some browsers have trouble with special characters; Opera 7, for instance, won't even let me post a TM symbol without typing some exotic ASCII code, which is promptly lost upon hitting Preview.

Just for the heck of it, I wonder if it'll even let me send a PM to you, Lance...

Edit: No, it won't. It converts the TM symbol to a question mark.

I just clicked on Messages, and I got this...

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

FATAL: erealloc(): Unable to allocate 1441792 bytes

Lance, are you playing with something? :P

Different issue. I'll be rebooting the server shortly.

Opera. and yeah, that seems to've worked, though you'll have to let me know if you got it.

Yeah, I got it. So I guess I'll just leave my username as it is now...

Sorry for the hassle.

hey, I'm clothed this time. that's worth something, right?

Lance is playing around with finding me avatars. since I never took the trouble to find one myself, I'll let him have his fun. I did find my own quote finally, though.

Lance, what you might be able to do if you are really fond of the LBM™ you could add it as part of the gif at the top your Av.

That's an idea. Thanks.

I could probably add it to my rank, too.

How's does that look?

But quite frankly, I was pondering taking it out anyway. It's really no big deal.
