Well I'm sure we can all agree that it was in 877 that Donnchad son of Aedacán son of Conchobor was deceitfully killed by Flann son of Mael Sechnaill, and that Rhodri son of Merfyn, king of the Britons, came in flight from the dark foreigners to Ireland.

I have found some support for the latter part from the link provided. But, I think that we can also agree that 867, in addition to being the first three digits of Jenny's 'phone number (the remainder being 5309), is also the next integer after 866.

I think we can also agree on who double-posted on 832, thus making this thread out of synch.

For this reason, perhaps I should also mention in this post that in 868, Muhammed II from the territory that is today known as Tunisia, conquered Malta.

Florida Road 869 is the Fort Lauderdale bypass/ring road. Never been on it.

Edit: Hmm, I might have been on the interstate junction where the 869 ends, I had no idea where Fort Lauderdale is so checked, and I once drove from Naples, Fla. to Joe Robbie Stadium (as was) so have been in the area.

872 - The Fall of the Kingdom and Birth of a Country - is a 45 minute Norwegian film about events involving Harald Fairhair in the year 1150. I have no idea why it is called 872.

Possibly because it was 872 years ago in 2022? When the film was made? Could be something like that.

Mare Tranqulitatis on the Moon is given an approximate diameter of 873 km.
