Someone reworked the seal into a parody. The eagle now has two heads and holds gold clubs rather than arrows, and a hammer and sickle.

So,

a) Someone Googled for a great seal, found this, and didn't realise it was a parody, or

b) Deliberate sabotage.

Which do we think is the more likely explanation?

Oh they already figured out who did it and fired him. It was done on purpose.

I saw a story on this earlier, so I didn't click on your link. However, the story I saw did not have any information on how it happened.

This administration is certainly lacking in the Quality Control department.

I think that is the most graciously polite criticism you could ever make of that administration.

the seal itself, sure, but w/this groups (Trumps) history of negligible proof reading, it was indeed possible that some one just glanced at it and approved it.

I recall years ago, our director was asked by the board to create job descriptions of all positions in our org. He passed the task on to my boss, Who then passed it on to me, I had no one to pass it along to, so I did it. And on the description for my job, I added "miscellaneous other tasks no one else wants to do", assuming that some one would actually read what I'd written and edit that out. No one did,,,
