NZ Elections

Postby tubeswell » Fri Sep 22, 2017 9:40 pm

Everyone is off to polling booths around the country today (hopefully). Had enough of this government, several times over.

I don't know anything about NZ politics - is there an alternative that isn't a shower of bastards? That's the problem the U.K. has, all of the main UK wide parties are pricks (we're luckier up here).

I'm just sick of the fecktards that've been ruining the place for the last 9 years with their right-wing bonfire

Seems the fecktards made it into another term. At least that's what our radio news were telling us.

Good job, NZ!

First Jamaica coalition 'probing talks', as they call it, started yesterday over here. It'll be a long, dark tea time of the political process until we have a noo evil gubmint.

Yes, Mixed Member Proportional Representation at work in spite of everything.

I've been feeling pretty happy all day.
