I suppose you mean the sentencing, about 25 seconds before my post. I had it prepared for either ruling.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU'RE EASILY UPSET!!!

They ought to do it slowly and deliberately, then pull him back from the brink, nurse him back to health, and do it all over again and again and again.

Luckily for that waste of semen, our Founding Fathers had the good sense to write into law rules against cruel and unusual punishment, 'cause he'd sure be the poster boy in the case for torture.

Better yet, put him in a cell four feet by four feet wide and 18 feet high, with just a small window in the very upper corner. One hole in the floor for a toilet and another for a sink. Food comes into his cell through a slot near the floor in the windowless door. Lights in the ceiling are on at odd hours and different lengths. No bedding. No clothes. No outside contact. See how long the fucker lives before he tears his own skin off.

I'd go for that for him. And I consider myself quite liberal, thank you.

Uh...the actual story was a billion times more upsetting then that was.

Yes, it was. But a lot of people don't think that punishment should fit the crime.

I feel it depends on the crime.

IMO, rape and torture is the only crimes deserving of "eye for an eye" punishment.

Agreed.

I'm just exhausted right now. I did get some sleep earlier, so I'm a bit more coherent, but still rather groggy. I'm off to bed shortly, though, so I'm hoping to be on top of things tomorrow.

But that fucker should pay.
