She has served her time and been deemed suitable to return to society; it is an interesting reminder of earlier days though. Back then there was no question that terrorists went through the normal criminal justice system, albeit an ultra high security version.

I'm really not sure how to take this news, you know? Yes, she did serve her time. Yes, she appears to be rehabilitated and, by all accounts I've read, she received a fair trial.

However, I'm not sure I'm ready for forgiveness just yet, you know?

And yes, the RAF is a good one. That's a "Huh?" moment for sure.
