Chinese aren't the only ones.....

MSNBC wrote:LONDON - A British artist has eaten chunks of a corgi dog, the breed favored by Queen Elizabeth II, live on radio to protest the royal family's treatment of animals.

Mark McGowan, 37, said he ate "about three bites" of the dog meat, cooked with apples, onions and seasoning, to highlight what he called Prince Philip's mistreatment of a fox during a hunt by the queen's husband in January.

"It was pretty disgusting," McGowan said of the meal, which he ate while appearing on a London radio station Tuesday. Yoko Ono, another guest on the show, also tried the meat.

Well. That's... just... interesting. Worked, though. I mean, Americans are reading about it.

I thought it was the Koreans who were eating dog. Cat skeletons were supposedly found behind Chinese restaurants. :P

Koreans and Chinese both like dog meat, but mostly Koreans.

Makes a lot of sense, protest the mistreatment of animals by...eating an animal.

Not to mention that I was under the impression that Yoko was a strict vegetarian.

Oh, well, anything for a little protesting, I guess.

Well that is the glory of radio, innit? You can do whatever you imagine. I once ate a whole rhinoceros on the radio. Ask the listeners, they heard me do it. Radio is a great medium, I look great on the radio. You can look as good as you want to on the radio.

Some people on the net would look better in a net.

They taste pretty good too. Just use beef stroganoff hamburger helper. Dorgis meat instead of hamburger. Had it last night, delicious. Using rice oriental tonight, smells great.

A new way to think of puppy chow.

Why not just cut to the chase and use Dorgis Helper?

But please, do not put ketchup on your hot dorgies.

I helped work some dorgis (dorgies, dorgae?) just a couple of weeks ago. Branding them is kinda tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. The worst is herding them damn things - almost as bad as cats, I'd say. But let me tell you, roasting them on a spit with a little BBQ sauce, it goes great with a can of Schlitz.

Satire - I get it now.

It seems they do, but it's a different "they" now.
