Hah! That's nothing - look at the same photo, along the top. There are several images of a crescent moon. This proves that there was once a civilisation on the moon sufficiently advanced to understand how their home looked from earth, and to construct these images.

Biblical? It doesn't look like the bible to me. I'd say it looks more like The Road by Cormac McCarthy.

There are also Nazca style straight lines cut into the lunar surface by space aliens - maybe a navigational aid or something. Can't believe he missed that. An "expert in finding evidence of aliens" my arse.

I wondered about that as well, but there is a reference close to the end of the article. It says it looks like a wheel (OK, I could see that, after looking at it for a while - it does look a bit like a ferris wheel, viewed almost edge-on), and then refers to "Ezekial's wheel".

Could be that right enough, although I can't see anything wheel-like (apart from round craters, of course!). If it's supposed to look like Ezekial's Wheel, I wonder what that is supposed to look like anyway.

I had to look at it for a while, but I was able to see a sort of ferris-wheel, viewed from above. So not very round.
