Uncheck the checkbox that says to disable it.

I can find a global box in my profile, which says BBCode is enabled by default.

On a post-by-post basis, I don't seem to have the option. For example, right now, as I am typing this, I can see "BBcode is Off" on the right, with no box or any other obvious means for turning it on. Smilies are also off :(

Look below the [Save draft] [Preview] and [Submit] buttons. There should be an Options panel. It's in there, top one.

However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

I've got three options there. They are:

1) Do not automatically parse URLs
2) Notify me when a reply is posted
3) Lock topic

I suspect many of our members are missing 3). But for me, nothing about BBCode.

AT&T is here. We'll be down for about 10 minutes some time in the next hour or so. If you read this after, never mind.

Is it OK to read now, or should I come back later?
