New Feature: Save Post as Draft

This feature adds the Save as Draft option for new posts you are working on but have not yet completed.

Usage:

When you create a new message (topic or reply), there are two new buttons along side the [Preview] and [Submit] buttons. These are the [Delete] and [Save as Draft] buttons.

  • The [Save as Draft] button will save your Draft Post so you can retrieve and finish later.
  • The [Delete] button will delete a previosly saved Draft Post that you decide not to publish.

To retrieve a Draft Post you have previously saved, click the View your drafts and posts link. Your Draft Posts will be at the top of the list.

[Edited to add:]
To Retrieve Your Draft Posts:

Testing 123...

Wow that's odd... it even shows in the topic review as I'm about to submit it, but when I view the thread normally it's not there.

It shows it as 8:44 PM... my system clock now reads 8:46 PM. Let's see if it retains the previous time stamp or what. :D

Edit: Nope, 8:46. Bah, oh well. :P

If it kept the time-stamp of when the draft was first created, it could appear out of order (earlier) in a thread instead of at the bottom.

To bad though, it would have been good for retroactive ToSeeking.

That was my next question. :)

That'd require drafting an OP. Oooooh, does it let you do that? 8-[ :D

No, it doesn't. We'll need to see if it's a consistant problem.

I edited the OP and added (hopefully) better instructions.
