Goldfish snack crackers. I eat the things handful after handful, out of the 2 lb. boxes.

Some of these cheddar snacks boast a smiley face with a dimpled eye and simple smile. This is no doubt an evolutionary adaptation meant to stave off the wholesale consumption of the entire goldfish snack species.

I just pulled one out of the bottom of the box that's shaped differently, though. It's completely circular, with five lines cut into it, arranged roughly in the shape of a pot leaf: one long straight line with two arcs to either side, and two smaller, shorter arcs below those.

It's the only one like it in the box. I can't quite figure it to be a mis-cut, since it looks well formed and symmetric, but I don't see any markings on the box telling me that they've added a new goldfish shape. Anyone have any idea what the thing might be?
